While my little sister was in town visiting, we went to a Mongolian BBQ restaurant. Apparently these buffets are the Virginia replacement for the Chinese Super Buffet No. 1 types that we were familiar with in Georgia (not as familiar with as my husband would like because I don't really like Chinese food and I like "all-you-can-eat" establishments even less).
This Mongolian place is just not suited for us indecisive people because we want to try everything in order to see what we really want to settle on and then by that time we've stuffed ourselves silly never having enjoyed what we liked the most.
As I was pondering this dilemma over a small scoop of butter pecan ice cream and three different flavors of jello jigglers (not a good combination BTW) the waitress brought our check along with the traditional fortune cookie. Mine read, "Moderate your appetite so that with a little you may be content."
How appropriate!
